the New Chapel

Pinecrest Conference and Retreat Center Pinecrest is owned and operated by the Presbytery of Memphis and sits just 37 miles east of Memphis in the Civil War era town of LaGrange, Tennessee. In the 1860’s, the two of our bluffs in particular saw both northern and southern troops camped as lookouts during the War between the States. The 450-acre property hosted a farm just before our purchase in 1961.

Now, Presbyterians and many others use the space for play, relaxation, fellowship, and education.
Walk among our pines and see how God speaks to you.

Please contact lucycummings@midsouthpresbytery.org for more information.

Pinecrest is looking for the following:

Summer Staff - must be 18 years of age, have a heart for children, and responsible.

Staff training begins on May 27.  End of camp is July 11.  Please let

your college-aged and high school seniors know.  We're also looking

                            for an adult summer director.

Artwork -   look in your attic and find those appropriate works that don't fit your

decor , but might have a place at Pinecrest.  Our newly renovated spaces

need some good color!  We'll make arrangements to pick them up.
